The Epiphany Cathedral at Yelokhovo is the Orthodox Church of the Epiphany deanery of the of the Moscow City diocese. Since 1991 it is the Cathedral of the Moscow Patriarchate; in 1938-1991 it was the Patriarchal cathedral. "The Cathedral is remarkable for its size, beauty and elegance of architecture." The Cathedral is located in the Basmanny district, in the Central Administrative District of Moscow. The main altar was consecrated in honor of the feast of the Epiphany; the chapels were consecrated in honor of the holy hierarch Nicholas (northern) and in honor of the Feast of the Annunciation (southern).
