Boil the broth from the chopped small bones, ribs or fowl. Chop carrot and onion, fry it with the suet and add to the broth. To the boiling broth add tutpas, salt, pepper, bay leaf and cook for 20 minutes.
The dough for tutpas is similar with the homemade noodles. Roll out the dough and slice the thick flat cakes into the pieces 2 sm thick.
Serve the soup with the verdure in the plate.
