According to Adychi’s legend, upper Aiyy live on the mountains Kisilyakh from immemorial times and there is the more magic and deeper meaning of Kisilyakh — it is a spirits of mountains or mountains of Gods.
So, the natives, living near the mountains, had a taboo: it was strictly forbidden to go and event to look at the holy mountains. On the other hand, person that visited these mountains with good intentions, receive a fresh extraterrestrial power and is cleared from dirty terrestrial energy.
Tourists who visited the mountains Kisilyakh were convinced that the life rhythm changes, they become more active, health, and a general condition improves. People who interested undergo ablution in healing waters of a holy source of the mountain to rejuvenate and be cleared. Water of this source is similar to holy water, doesn't spoil for years and is very nice to taste.
The mountains have an amazing power and the curing properties, attracts primitive beauty. After 4-hour climbing the mountain, having reached its top, there passes the fatigue, the condition of euphoria, joy and happiness appears.
