Theatre at the crossroads of two main streets - Aleutskaya and Semenovskaya was opened in 1903. A two-storey brick building was leased to the Chinese community in Vladivostok. So here came the theatre van Tyne Sina, where plays and other works played almost all year round.
Throughout the day, the Chinese actors have played the play, change one and the other works designated in an interesting way: all those present on the scene turned away with his back to the audience and continued to play other roles.
Numbered seats in the theater was not, so the best places were occupied by those who came before. Women sat on the ground, and traditionally rarely went down. Also in the theater there were a few empty tables with food and provisions.
The theater was closed in the late 30-ies, and in its place some time opened a cinema "Rodina", which lasted until the 80-ies of XX century. Subsequently in 1997-1998 on the waste land here was built a new building where currently is located the shopping center of the same name.
