In the heart of the city of Vladivostok is the square of a name Nevelsky, who the it is named in honor of Admiral Gennady I. Nevelskoy. It is due to its dangerous and risky actions made an expedition to the far East, the purpose of which was to conclude an agreement with China on the division of borders between countries.
