The monument to Cyril and Methodius in Vladivostok was opened on 1 July 2006. Is the most popular and the main observation platform of the city - eagle's Nest.
Represents the figures of two brothers - pioneers of Slavic literature with a cross and a primer in his hands. Their eyes turned directly to the sea, in the direction of the Golden horn. The sculptor of the memorial is E. V. Barsegov, and architects of the famous master works in Vladivostok - Moore, V. K., Gavrilov A. G.
Along with this, Saints Cyril and Methodius are patrons of students, so the location of the monument is chosen not casually. Students of the University are now being trained under the auspices of the support of the Saints of the guardians.
