Sailor's square – one of the numerous places in Vladivostok for walks and pleasant pastime. Geographically located in the area of the stop FESTU, main street – Svetlanskaya.
This was once one of the ravines, and floating in the water, later the site of which was built Sailor's club, and then the square of the same name. The historical past of Vladivostok is inextricably linked with this place.
In addition to the historic buildings nearby, there is also a monument to the crew of the schooner "Creyeron", a monument to the sailors-katernikam brought here specially from Peninsula Nazimova.
On the corner of the square is the building of Sea Assembly. It is considered a historical building in the city and occupies an important place in its culture.
