The wall monument on gable facade of the building is a sculptural composition made in bas-relief, the main figure of which is the bust of Yuri Ivanovich Topchev. The monument was unveiled in 2002 to the 25th anniversary of Nadym's status of the city. The field of the composition is a symbolic image of the gas and oil industries: the developed fields of Yamal, the oil rigs, the excavator laying a next gas-line trench. The authors of the monument are : Moscow Union of Artists, OOO «Creativity», sculptor I.K. Machkevsky, architect A.P. Malkov.
The memorial plate to Yuri Topchev was unveiled in 1997, The inscription on the plate says: «The street is named after Yuri Topchev ─ a pioneer in the development of oil and gas fields of the North of Tyumen region, an honored worker in the oil and gas industry. It was named on the 12th of August 1993».
