Two-storey stone house in 1788 belonged to a second-major, Yeniseisk town governor Yevseev. Since 1855 the office of the gold mining company of the Zotovs was located there. In 1868 a merchant I. Kytmanov bought a house for the Alexandrovsky charity house. In 1976 it used to be a women's gymnasium. In 1911 the estate was managed by the heirs of the honorary citizen Pyotr Kytmanov. The estate at different times housed a people's court, a juvenile delinquents’ department, shop, now it is the town archive.
